EKP 5.0 is Released!

The EKP 5.0 Upgrade Kit is ready for download from the Downloads >> EKP Upgrades section of the Support Website. This upgrade kit provides the files and documentation to upgrade an existing EKP 4.7 site to EKP 5.0.
You will need a new EKP License File for EKP 5.0 if you are upgrading from an EKP 4.7 (or earlier) site. | | |
2008 EKP Demo Licenses Available

New US Daylight Savings Time Changes and the Java SE Platform

Starting the second Sunday in March 2007, there are new Daylight Savings Time rules in the United States. EKP calculates its Daylight Saving Time rules from the Java platform on the EKP server so if you have users in the US, you should ensure that your version of Java is up to date otherwise, dates and times might not be calculated properly. | | |
Internet Cables Now Repaired

According to the latest reports, internet and phone cables which had been damaged following the December 2006 earthquake in Taiwan, have been repaired. Service to clients with EKP hosted in NetDimensions' Hong Kong data center and those trying to access the Support website or TestTrack Pro should be back to normal. Further measures are being taken by The Office of the Telecommunications Authority (Ofta) to preven future service breakdowns.

New Support Toll Free Number

We have changed our support toll free number to +1 (877) 372-9551 which is effective as from Jan 4th 2007 and as from January 31st 2007 the previous toll free number +1 (866) 206-6698 will be disconnected.
So, if you have an emergency and need to talk to a technical support person during US office hours, call the new US number. If it's Hong Kong office hours, i.e., night time in Texas, call us on the Hong Kong support number which is +852 2122 4588. | | |
